Directions
Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Oven - Preheat oven to 350�F. Heat a small amount of olive oil in an oven-proof pan until hot. Sear sea bass one minute per side. Place in oven; cook 10 to 12 minutes. Adding a little water or white wine to the pan while cooking provides extra flavor and moisture.
